Before you start, register your email. You’ll be sent a confirmation to check in on our mobile site. From there, just take your phone with you on your climb. See here for hints and FAQ’s

READY, SET, CLIMB
Open the page on your phone, choose a mountain and set out to get some serious height. Before you head back down, check that the height has been logged then repeat until you reach your 1000m goal. See here for more details

UP AND UP
Keep climbing until you've accumulated 1000 vertical meters. Remember it doesn't have to be done all at once! Come back tomorrow, re-open the page and head back out – and up – again!
